We believe that due to quarantine, remote working leads us to get in touch with people who are our friends in different parts of the world. It is a good excuse to talk about what we are going through in this period and share our experiences without rushing time. The idea was born in that manner: the 3 members of 'SinTiempo' (independent circus and dance company) who used to work together in the same country, now join to create a dance-video at a distance, for now they all live in different countries. Lockdown turned out to provide these perfect circumstances: time to explore and create, internet, being home all day, brainstorming ideas together, and finding new and original locations to record, show, and play around with the idea of entering and sharing our intimate spaces, our intimacy with dance.
This video-dance provides a great opportunity to collaborate together again and enjoy creation with each other, and finding a new way to boost the company again. Finally: DISTANCE COLLABORATION, DISTANCE CREATION IN TIMES OF CORONAVIRUS.
